I always start with Q, but right now my blue runes ARE a fucking waste on noct (1 rune of cd reduction, 2 mr and rest mana regen per 5) so considering on getting blues too so I start with stats like if I had shield + Q

I just noticed how AS blues are really useless, and instead of continuing to buy them I just combined them. I got a dodge Quint, great for Jax, and a flat CDR Glyph. Not sure what's it's use alone but I can use it together with my per level CDR ones, since I have only 7 of them.

AS blues are terrible unless you use them with other AS runes. Most blue runes are bad. CDR and MR/level are the best blue runes you can buy.

I don't dick around with "great early game items". If it can serve me all game then it's pointless, bar something like a Philoso/HoG. Start with boots 1, farm IE by 15-20.

It isn't because IE is the only damage item you need on Garen to stay an effective threat all game. Then you go two situational tank items and then Atma's and and you kill everyone.
