Ew, that guide is nasty. Tear isn't that good on Morg IMO, stacking items are a huge risk and you have no survivability. The buildup to RoA is great, especially solo. You'll have all the mana you need from the Catalyst alone. After that you can go damage happy.

He is an early stomper and a fun one. However he has like 25 bugs on him.
Also he falls late game and is incredibly useless in team fights.
Riot needs to replace free week rotations with static easy to play champions and only 1 changes each week or it lets you choose the last one to play each week.
