Honestly, the main thing that keeps me from testing HoN are the graphics. They look so bland. I know the artstyle in LoL is terrible, if you just look at Taric's in-game model and compare it to Annie, Talon or Brand, but at least the game looks "alive", you know. In HoN everything looks so gray and boring.

And I want to add, I don't think you should not try it just because you don't like, or refuse to play, HoN. Honestly, HoN has some wonky design ideas (holy shit did they fuck Anti-Mage in the asshole with how they made Magebane). There are aspects of HoN I don't like. I just like less aspects of LoL. HoN has a much crispier colouring to it and they are more detailed than how it is in LoL.
