well, nocturne's ult is basically spectre's ult, just not global and it doesn't make illusions. you just jump to people instead of teleporting to them

They're quite different. Both spells are gap closers...and that's about it
Too bad that skin is US only, my local library has pc gamer UK and i got free codes from there for BF:H and some other games a few years ago.
