Its mostly used to FORCE them to hurt you, so your team mates can kill their sources of damage. So either use it to initiate with a ready team waiting (flash + ult), or use it mid-teamfight to take damage away from your squishy carries.

Nocturne and yes Trundle is worth it. Never get Twitch ever at all ever until he gets his rework.

To get sustain, you have to get into the middle of the creep wave and push significantly, making you have to go into the enemy zone. Nocturne can't harass at all either without commiting to a full 1v1 fight, and he can get kited in lane without ulti.

Darn, bloodmoon Shen and Akali is awesome in the summoner spotlight.

It boggles the mind how people operate in this game. Get stuck against the same premade in two games, paired with a bunch of idiots who can't play the game to save their life. Not only are my team mates trying to deny their shittiness and blame someone/something else, but the enemy has the nerve to boast about their ability to stomp pubs. And when you try to explain in any way shape or form, all out rage or calm talking, they will respond with "X IS MAD". "U MAD BRO?". So basically the only thing that has any effect is when I break down and start spamming them back with "WHY YOU SO MAD? IS IT BECAUSE YOU'RE SO BAD?" and they try to explain that they won and they aren't mad, and I just reject their reality and continue ranting and raving about how butthurt they are. Its like the only way to survive in this game is to go stark raving mad.
