Garen is OP early game but falls off late game. As long as you're not full on retarded you can prevent him from going 100/0 before the 20 minute mark.
I love how everyone who is slightly strong early are "OP"

I had a team who were blaming Riot for stuff, then, within the first 5 minutes, they all called "Surrender at 20".
They sucked, they fed the enemy team so bad, they(Enemy team) were all lv12-14 and I was only 10, and the rest of my team was 10/7/6/7 respectively.
They didn't even try after they said "let's surrender"
