It's because people on the chat are always AFK, don't check it, or are already playing a game. I only check the chat when I hear these chat noises that say that a lot of people are talking at the moment, most of the time.

I think with premades I can tolerate people being not good just fine, as long as everyone's having a good time. If they are both bad and blame others for their badness, then they are the worst time of LoL player ever.

Garen's art isn't too bad imo.
Nasus, Malphite, and Mundo's are worse and need updating sooner.
