the ultimate is the ability you get at level 6, 11, and 16
it's the skill bound to R (except for udyr and karma, udyr has no ult and karma's isn't leveled)

I'm a normals pro pretty much. I have about 60 more wins than losses so my normal elo is moderate I would suppose.
