Spiffing good show lads. Here we are *hands money to grubby console players*.
Thats why i asked the question earlier, I really would like to be a member of the GoonWaffe, prerequisites?
Thing is, it is basically impossible to get into GoonWaffe unless you are a member of SA and even then, you can't just join and say that you want in. Then you will be shunned. I can actually sponsor people but there is no way I would risk doing that. Spies everywhere.
Hmm, i though their whole thing was billions of noobs as a meat, uhhh, metal shield. Or was that just the war in Delve?
It is still that. But we only recruit from SA or people who have been referred by existing members.
The time limits on missions are fucking annoying if you have to work, since you don't have the time for eve and you fail the missions.
When I start a mission I finish it immeditatly. What's the big deal?
When I start a mission I finish it immeditatly. What's the big deal?
The offer for the "next mission" expires.
after about a week.
after about a week.
When you work for a whole week you don't have time for EVEing. Not to mention the one time you can play EVE the daily restart comes along and decides to take 1 and half hours to reboot Tranquility due to issues.
I work for example. And if i want to mission I take that time. Also the normal reboot takes about half an hour. No big deal really.
Gallente ships clearly look the coolest. Too bad they're all terrible in comparison. :< TEST has a tendency to give everyone free rifters and eventually free hurricanes. I want something more...unique. I was thinking something like a Zealot to run on Welpcane gangs, but they're not called for very much and therefore are usually not reimbursable. Which leads me to two questions. One, are they cheap enough to reasonably be able to replace? Obviously I won't blow up as much as a rifter or hurricane (in theory). If it's something like 100mil or something like that, I can probably remake all that back within a week or less without trying. If it's way more than that, I won't risk it. Two, are there better options? I understand Hurricanes are the norm, presumably because they're super easy to make and we can pump them out like crazy. But other than a Hurricane (i was thinking something Amarr or Gallente), are there good ships to run gang fleets with that won't get laughed at for existing? :<

If your fleet is doing hurricane gangs, just fly a hurricane. No one like's to be the odd man out(a.k.a primary). Zealot's are pretty meh for nano gangs anyways. Hurricane is one of the best battlecruisers to learn PVP in. It fucking owns and has a lot of maneuverability, not to mention a solid amount of DPS. It's also pretty cheap so if you lose one it's no big deal. I flew one for a looonnggg time before I moved onto the more expensive stuff.

I hope its an easily accessable ship.

Can I assign warp out or jump to to a button or something? I feel like if there's REALLY an OH SHIT moment, doing it from the context menu isn't the easiest way to gtfo. [editline]17th October 2011[/editline] I'm starting to think maybe something like an interceptor might be where I want to go instead...i know how PvP works, more or less. flying in close and taking out enemy logi ships and then getting the fuck away does seem like a fun thing to do. Hm.
I hope its an easily accessable ship.
it's an upside down myrm isn't it? [editline]17th October 2011[/editline] sure looks like it at least.

It's my favorite way, and you can move it to anywhere that seems the most convenient for you. this thing
That still means you have to select a target. I think he's looking for a RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN butan. Which, fortunately doesn't exist.
It's weird how I was more or less neutral about various countries and the citizens of those countries until I started playing online games. Now I hate Brazilians from LoL, Germans from CoD, and now I hate Russians because they're a bunch of jerks. :< Who ganks a four day old empty Thrasher with a Daredevil? I mean really.

You can remake the cost of a thrasher hull in minutes.
It's the concept, really. :( Why kill me if there's absolutely nothing to be gained from it? I understand it's a part of the game, but still. Have some morals, people. :(

Killmails are their own reward.

Have some morals, people. :(
You were in low sec. Their security status takes a hit, but otherwise theres nothing but gate guns to deter them from attacking you. All most anyone would attack you. The only reason some wouldn't is because they aren't interested in combat at the time, they think you're bait for a larger force, or you ship is so shitty they've decided your'e not worth the sec hit (which is a matter of their opinion). This is a game. Theres not really any reason to attack or not to attack anyone besides game mechanics. All other reasons must come from the players. People like pvp no matter how fair or one sided it is. If you want to avoid pvp stay in highsec.
A whole update just for useless ship spinning. The bane of a productive capsuleer and yet we demanded it back. This amuses me.
