For killing frigates, no. If he's doing small-fry missions, he's not going to have any need for heavies yet.

Hey all, just got a quick question. If I have an account in a disabled state (I've paid for it in the past), could I use the hours for PLEX feature to activate my account for 4 hours and send my friend a buddy invite to get a PLEX and use that when he subscribes?

You must be subbed when one of your invites gets accepted otherwise you won't get the reward

We never saw it coming, and assumed it would be an easy fight since we could tank heavies. Basically, don't underestimate light missiles. And yeah, if you are running level 1s, lights will do better against what you will fight.
