Why do you have shield logis in what appears to be an armor fleet?

Finished cleaning out that courier I posted about. The blueprints sold in one big batch for 300m in total, the armor hardener sold for 115m. Total haul for the whole thing was about 700m + the 130m profit I made from the second time I scammed him. Up 830m from it. :banjo:

They removed learning skills, base level starts at 17 and you can increase them through remapping and implants.

A new 'new player experience' (including tutorials) involving the captain's quarters is due to be released on the 21st of this month
I'd advise you give it a few days/weeks for it to be ironed out

Try safe mod and the repair utility in your EVE folder. The first few client updates caused many problems with my EVE install and running the repair utility and then running the game through safe mode as a test run got it all straight. Give it a shot.
