Yeah, I'm still training skills for a lot of stuff. Any suggestion for a good fitting? Still pretty new to all this.
I'm not really sure how to fit a Thorax for missions but if no one else here posts something I'll see what I can give you. You don't need a lot of training to fill those empty slots with something useful though if you just go t1/named.

Also make sure you're doing level 2 missions.
Doing epic arc right now. I looked up some stuff on evewiki and it suggested blasters instead of railguns, so I bought some. Gonna peruse some more for good equipment to get me in close, and I'll use some drones, as well.

The SoE epic arc has some cruiser NPC that's pretty much impossible for newbies to solo. Ask in local for help and somebody will probably be willing to blow him up for you.

It's been a wallet stuffer so far. I was able to afford the cruiser and whatnot in the first place from the 10 million I made running the missions. I'm working on building my standings with other npc corps and whatnot, but the epic arc pays off pretty well when I'm just starting out.

A refrigerator still needs to dump the heat somewhere, (usually the back) to work, it doesnt just magically dissapear.
Compressor-->heat exchanger-->Expander-->cooling block-->Compressor.

Oh and releasing the used coolant to space wont work unless you have half your ship filled with it, concidering the ammount of heat produced in a laser.
We really dont have a viable way to cool something like this exept for particle ejection or massive voulnerable radiators.

I personally dont like railguns, but you alreaddy have them so go for it.
Its also cap stable while shooting if you have some skills.(dunno if thats important but i fly minmatar so 0 cap guns!)
Try using best named instead of Base T1. You'll see a nice bonus to your output, for a few thousand more.
I guess the rax is for lvl2 missions. Therefor I would rather use the Vexor. Saves you ammo, Can tank well and with proper drone skills (drones lvl5 Interfacing lvl5 blahblahblah) you'll be able to complete them afk.

Yeah, but you go back down to level 1s with a cruiser which is slow going. Though, the epic arc does give alot of money for starter missions.
