I just started the game and I'm having a little problem with my frame rate. When Im out and about in my ship I can run the setting at high to medium and it runs just fine. But when Im actually in character my frame rate is very low even on the lowest settings. Is this going to effect me very much game play wise? And is there anyway to fix it besides the obvious.
Does anyone know where I can find 3840x2160 Eve Wallpapers? I am looking for one that can span both my screens.

Character Quarters are an unoptimised, useless piece of crap they added in the last expansion. Right now, its not going to affect you at all.
What are the chances of CCP just going IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT DON'T USE IT and ignoring everyone

Yeah there seems to be something up with capitals + bubbles. Before the patch, bubbles were reported possible in low-sec on the test server, and I saw a revelation + thanatos outside 4-4 a few days after the patch.
There's a bug with the Devoter where it's capable of lighting cynos anywhere in EVE.
I guess CCP still hasn't gotten off of their lazy asses to fix it after that debacle in nullsec.

Indoor walking was added 5 days ago and is pretty much broken
You can disable it from display settings (uncheck 'load station environments'), hopefully they'll fix it soon so you don't have to stare at an ugly blurry door
