I am a very strong proponent of HML's rather than HAMs on drakes, because of the retarded range bonus and kiting addition they give, without sacrificing much dps. The fitting is also significantly easier. IE: Two drakes with T2 Launchers and 2 Ballistic Control II's, Max-Skilled Pilot for comparison. HML Fit does 454 dps (kin) out to ~84km, 121.5 Explosion Velocity, 93.75 Explosion Radius HML Fit does 542 dps (kin) out to ~20km, 151.5 Explosion Velocity, 125 Explosion Radius
