Alright I'm going to download it tonight and look up some guides. Yeah I'm that kind of person that likes being told whats good rather then figuring it out on his own.

OK one last thing to ask, what type of ship would work best for me? I was thinking a frigate at first but I'm worried it wont be able to kill things like a cruiser or whatever bigger ship would.

The thrasher is a minmatar destroyer (a ship between frigates and cruisers), it eats up most frigates (and destroyers) and can kill a lot of noob cruisers. Obviously it can destroy mining/industrial ships too.
Oh well I knew that! Obviously.
What about quests, or missions? I heard you can avoid them because of how skills work. I don't particularly like quests in any game so would skipping them gimp me or would I be able to go smooth sailing without them?
Nothing in this game is mandatory, but if you want to have any kind of pirate career, you need income. As stated, missions are an easy way to get isk, but if you want to go the griefer route, you might try ninja salvaging to start off with.
Basically, you put out combat probes and scan for a ship (do it in a mission hub for best results), when you get a signature you can warp to, go in and if it's a mission site, start salvaging and/or looting the wrecks of the mission runner. The items you acquire can usually be sold for decent amounts of isk, especially if you get some good meta 4 loot.

What's this all ''Your story'' update thing is about?
Griefing is OK with me, I like getting reactions and that's why being a pirate looked like a lot of fun. Get to fuck peoples shit up.
And by 5 days I assume of straight play? I don't like playing any game for more then 2-5 hours in one sitting as it makes me feel like I'm going to burn it out. Anyway that's still faster then I thought it would be, is there any good guide out there for solo pvping you guys could recommend?
Canflip my Corp and your fucked.
I think I'll do a webcomic called : Journey of a noob in EVE's universe...or something.

Would you say it's cost effective to use T2 ammo for pve?
Would you say it's cost effective to use T2 ammo for pve?
Depends on what type of ammo and what kind of PVE.
t2 heavy missiles (scourge furies) against serpentis, either nullsec belt ratting or sanctums/havens
Yes, it's worth it.
Skilled up for a retriever. Haters gonna hate but I enjoy mining as I can do it whilst watching films or even whilst playing other games. Dual screens are awesome.
Training Drones V. Five days to go!
At least I can play the game again. Decided to leave for war from the EVE Uni. Otherwise I can just sit in station and occasionally join a fleet that plays stationgames with a wartarget. That's it.
What
That's the exact training schedule a friend of mine is partaking in
And the same corp shit
And his same complaints
Spacescout is that you

Read up about us there. We are expanding quite fast, about to get a few Hulk pilots within a couple of weeks and an ORCA in about 3 weeks. You are welcome to speak to the CEO and Director, their EVE In-game names are stated on the latter link if you are interested.
And to reply about you liking mining. I am the same, I got 2 LG "21,5 LED Screens and it is amazing to multi taks, doing mining on Eve Online and watching a movie or play another game. Pretty much why I got into mining.
Lol Fez, that video was great. Might do a podcast but I think I'll start with a webcomic.
So yea, since I created Turanic Syndicate my alliance has had soo many kills.

Doesn't say much for a game's play style if you aren't even switched in while playing does it??

Just thought I'd post it since I practically fell asleep infront of the PC yesterday.
