I wouldn't really be that opposed to this specific change if the penalty was really drastic. Tons of new players royally fuck up their skills when they first start, and alot of old vets want to re specialize towards what they do currently. Once per character and like 4-6 plex sounds pretty reasonable.
I think if it was once per character no one would do it.
I mean, if your neural remapping is only once per character, wouldn't you just leave it balanced for the most part?
How about, make it share the same timer as the remap (so if you reallocate, you can't remap for a year, and if you remap, you can't reallocate for a year) and cost 2 PLEX? Also you don't get a free reallocation, unlike the free remap.

Removes everything positive from your previous 'life'. Standings, wallet, ownerships, assets, contacts, bookmarks ect ect
Maybe throw in a 10% SP burn for brain damage and I guess it'll be fair enough.

Well, mittani was openly joking on comms about it being pretty much useless and was only going with it to humour trevor or whatever that RP sperger is called
finally decided to subscribe. also managed to buy a hurricane for 23 mill! i'm pretty thrilled about flying it, but i know that happiness may fade away real fast if i blow it up as i really can't afford to lose it ~shivers~
