It works fine for me.
Damn it I'm back in the state where I'm not motivated to play any more
First kill woo! http://www.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=10412728 I was mining in my retriever with a orca and 2 hulks. I was throwing my ore into a can and the orca was just grabbing it and moving into storage. This guy shows up grabs all the ore from my can as he can hold and warps off to the nearest station. I follow him into the station and grab my brutix. By the time I come out hes already gone and on a hunch im thinking he went to grab the other cans my group had so i warp back to the belt and low and behold hes right there. I lock, web, and start blasting away at him. I convo him afterwords and he said the only reason I got to him in time was that when he went to get out of the belt when I arrived he picked a bad align and bumped into the orca giving me time to lock. He also thought I was coming back in a frigate.

http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/killmail.php?id=14048735#submitMail Remember kids, after stealing a shiny new ship, don't go back and try to get more stuff to take. I didn't lose anything, so what-the-fuck-ever. If they'd used a curse, I'd probably be crying and curled up in a corner about now.
Angel pve fit. No fucking t1 lasers to be found in this Region and I'm told Its they're shit for angels anyway.
Your sb wasn't using inferno torps /bandwagon
Is it only me or should he have just fit it with warp stabs?
Its a battle bestower, why would he fit stabs?
Eve HQ seems to think that using 2 energized adaptives or 2 invulns is better than kinetic + explosive armor or shield hardeners. Is this true?
Eve HQ seems to think that using 2 energized adaptives or 2 invulns is better than kinetic + explosive armor or shield hardeners. Is this true?
It depends on the situation. If you're being hit by multiple damage types, then the omni-resists would be better. If you're getting hit by one or two damage types, the specific hardeners would work better. For pvp, omnis are usually preferred because you can't be sure what damage type your enemy will use. For pve, you will know what damage type you're facing based on the rats.
First day in my new Corp and I get thrown into this. :v:

Coming August 30th: ESTABLISHMENTS AND RACIAL CQ
It's a tradition: every time summer rolls around, Europeans take nice, long vacations. As an American, I tend to become overly amused by this; my Puritanical (pure tyrannical?) self cannot fathom the idea of taking three or four weeks off at a time, and secretly, I envy my co-workers, those lucky, loveable bastards! Another tradition: during the summer months, EVE Online players become anxious for more news and information about their favorite game. Vacation time, for the average capsuleer, is EVE time. Capsuleers rarely take time off from flying around in space, pulling the latest, greatest, ever-larger scams, or engaging in massive fleet battles that make CCP Veritas salivate with glee. But what is going on at CCP when so many are on holiday? Does everything stop while holidays and return trips home occur? Does further development for EVE take a back seat to tanning oil and proper English breakfasts? Not at all! Even though many of my co-workers are on holidays, work towards improving the game and fighting the war on lag continues. Now that you are better familiar with how work progresses on EVE Online during the summer months, it's time to talk about EVE Online: Incarna, and its future. A number of players have been asking me, both on the forums and on Twitter when the remainder of the Captain's Quarters will be released. Since the release of Incarna, we have continued to iterate and improve the Minmatar CQ while pushing forward with the development of the remaining racial quarters, as well as working apace on establishments. Incarna 1.1 will see the results of our progress on improving the existing CQ, and later this year we plan on deploying the remaining racial quarters to Tranquility as well as the next Incarna feature, establishments. [t]http://cdn1.eveonline.com/community/devblog/2011/cq-door.jpg[/t] We also currently plan on releasing Incarna 1.1 on August 30. Detailed information will be provided in our patch notes, which will be released before Incarna 1.1's deployment. We look forward to sharing our work with you and hearing your feedback! - CCP Fallout
Fuck yes
Er I think you misinterpreted the blog. Incarna 1.1 will feature "the results of our progress on improving the existing CQ" and "later this year we plan on deploying the remaining racial quarters to TQ." Incarna 1.1 will be deployed on August 30th. Ie. more optimizations. It's worded deceptively. Buzz kill, sorry [editline]19th August 2011[/editline] then again i've been awake almost 48 hours and i dont even trust myself to read children's books right now
Its a battle bestower, why would he fit stabs?
He was stealing shit right?

oh man, i finally had enough ISK to afford a BS.. i went on to buy one, but had to fly through low-sec to reduce the jumps by more than 10. on the way back, happy with my new purchase, i got ganked near a gate. 70m went to waste :( feel like quitting the game since i worked so hard to get that ISK, even though it was my fault going through low-sec (my corp mates warned me, i just thought that if i won't use autopilot and be quick with it nothing bad will happen). ~sniff~
Did you forget to insure it?
didn't have enough to ensure it. i was sooo naive.. sigh edit: accepting donations! if you want to help a stupid noob out, send any amount of ISK to: Lemk anything is appreciated :(

The GoonWaffe are great. Been a member for a day or something and they've helped me out so much. I got my first Battlecruiser now. Will fit it with some nice T2 stuff in about 50 days. :v:

Never fly a ship you can't afford to loose. Have 50 mil on a regular base or so? Fly a drake.
Chances are you weren't able to properly fly or fit it, so you deserved to lose it.
if you read my post you'd see that i'm well aware of it being my fault and that i deserved it. ain't denying that. i was naive to believe i could fly through low-sec, even for a quick fly-through just to cut down jump time. i'm a new player so i have no experience with these things, but now i learned it the hard way.
mwd cloak warp trick
Did you really want that new battleship so badly that it would have killed you if you had to wait 2 more minutes going through 8 more systems?
Did you really want that new battleship so badly that it would have killed you if you had to wait 2 more minutes going through 8 more systems?
sadly, yeah. i was so excited about it that i didn't think too much about the risks. but now i've set my autopilot setting to avoid low-sec so it's not gonna happen again.. hopefully.
