It probably has a few lines of Gamebryo code left in it, but it's essentially not Gamebryo anymore. It's like what Quake is to the Source engine.

For once the bestial races actually feel and look..bestial. That Argonian looks absolutely amazing, especially the details with it's skull and the ridges/cheekbones.
