as seen on reddit oblivion vs skyrim
Oh man, that makes me realize how horrible Oblivion looks. God damn, the Khajiit face looks terrible now that I've seen a comparison :(
I never played as elves in Oblivion for one main reason. The voice actor for them really annoyed me.

No i it will be remade and balanced
I remember them saying a couple times when info was first being released that there will be 80+ spells, which they elaborated saying, "That's all you get(along with dragon shouts)."
That Imperial woman looks real good
I remember them saying a couple times when info was first being released that there will be 80+ spells, which they elaborated saying, "That's all you get(along with dragon shouts)."
That probably means 80+ spell -effects- ( like Burden, or Night Eye ) not the actual individual spells.

He was the first Elf I ever spoke to. He put me off all of them.
That Imperial woman looks real good
There's a Nord woman below her, no? However I really like how characters look in Skyrim.
Goddamn this thread is moving fast, I can hardly keep up.
Did they confirm that you could choose body types this time? Would be a bit silly to play as a stealth character or a wizard with those great big dragonborn muscles that default Dohvakiin has.
From what I've read in a few of the hands-on demo breakdowns, there's a slider in the character creation screen for body type. I.e. slide it all the way to the left to be scrawny, all the way to the right to be the Hulk.
oh man this isn't helping "daedra" okay this is cool "daedric princes" the fuck I thought the daedra were bad guys "azura" the fuck is this azura is a good guy afaik and why is she a daedric prince when she's a chick [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] elder scrolls lore needs something like that "wow lore in less than 1000 words" thing
Wow you're dumb
Wow you're dumb
wow sorry for not being a neckbeard and religiously reading every single book in every single elder scrolls game and masturbating to the story of the argonian maid [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] like I said, I'm reading up on the lore both in game and out now because I'm interested, however it's pretty dumb to call somebody dumb simply because they haven't put as much time into the lore as others
Fuck I can't wait another 3 months for this. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] For the first time ever, I'm actually going to try making a badass-looking character. Fucking everytime I make one in a game like Oblivion with all those options I can't seem to make one that doesn't look ugly. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] Anyone already decided which race they gonna play first? I chose Nords because I always started with 'em first.
Either Khajit or Argonian, both look really good this time around.
I do this :( except for the fapping
I want to do that but I feel like I've played too much of the game now. I think I'll move all of my current characters saves out of the main directory and play my newer low level character, but as I'm playing I'll pick up the majority of the books I come across and keep them on the shelves in my house for me to read when I have time.

Bah. The first thing I'm gonna do when I get it jump constantly, and them mod in some scrolls of icarial flight. Then I will jump to the ascadian isles.

Yeah, Bethesda removed most of the useless skills and attributes. It was fun in oblivion where if you jump constantly, low gravity gets applied to you. Also if you run around you get better at sneaking :v: (IIRC).
I'm gonna have great fun being a scrawny wimp that is also a melee class that beats down dragons with his bare, scrawny little hands.
yeah i decided after the announcement that i would be a faggy thin nord just like meself
Acrobatics and Speed were NOT useless.

I just have a question I've been wondering for a while now. Are dragons birds or reptiles? I mean, even some might say reptiles, but they kind of look like flying magical dinosaurs that breath fire.
now also morrowind
Something tells me we will see a whole time line of models from all he games in "The Elder Scrolls".
Acrobatics and Speed were NOT useless.
I hated it when I started to get really high athletics and when I was going to take a slight step forward I would charge forward a meter Also jumping on water was lame
now also morrowind
I like the bottom ones.
now also morrowind
PHHHFFFHAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S what unmodded Wood Elves look like?! No wonder they're the butt monkeys of Morrowind.
