The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim V5: But there is one they fear - Dragon porn!

I'd had never seen a ginger irl before until last year
doesn't mean they didn't exist
also, that skin color isn't as unbelievable as you guys think? why does the skin look fake to you? i've seen plenty people with skin that dark (those people were mostly of immediate african descent, i.e. their parents were literally from africa, but still.) In most black families in america (for example, mine) there'd be lighter skin, producing the brown color you guys presume all black people are, apparently.
African American people tend to be lighter due to about 8 generations of living well above the equator, but people who are from Africa (or even Caribbean countries like Dominica, Jamaica or Trinidad) tend to be much darker
I think in this case, though, the dude who made the red guard just happened to make him darker.
Why does it matter what colour of skin a fiction race has, they may be based on Medieval Africans but they don't have to match up entirely with them.

Let's discuss Skyrim shall we?
Does the middle guy have no teeth or something so they decided to photoshop some in?
of course I do, Reginald "Reggie" Fils-Aime is President and chief operating officer of Nintendo of America, the North American division of the Japan-based video game company Nintendo.
he was born to Haitian immigrants, who moved to the United States due to the conflicting political views of Fils-Aime's grandparents.
Reggie was previously married and divorced. Fils-Aime is the father of three children. He has a longtime girlfriend, Stacey Sanner, whom he met at his previous career at VH1.
The most disturbing thing about this is that "fils-aime" is french for boy-like. And since french has a different sentence structure than english his name is basically Reginald "reggie" likes-boys. :geno:
-snip because apparently it's offensive-
[editline]13th August 2011[/editline]
oh yeah Skyrim let's discuss that thing
I hope that there will be display cases in houses, as I've said before, and I hope that there are much more diverse dungeons compared to the ones in Oblivion which are all exactly the same.

There. Let's discuss Skyrim shall we?
(no racism intended)
you idiot. That image will be talked about for atleast a page. Holy shit.
Really Redguards are suppose to be African/Middle-Eastern toned/inspired because of their country's environment. Hammerfell is barren and rocky with some grasslands and then a giant desert in the middle. IT's like Africa without the tropical rainforests.
they aren't niggers, they're black people
there's a difference

Yeah, I just chose it because it compares some different shades. I'll gladly take it down if anybody finds it offensive.
no shit that's offensive
it doesn't help that you're not black
Great time for Pandora to choose Rapper's Delight
Anyway, before the thread goes off a cliff, how do you OGE users order your shaderlist?
Will staves just have one magical spell equipped to them, like in Oblivion?
I came here expecting updates, and I found none :colbert:

Oh hell yes, the Dunmer eyes are completely red again!
I play bosmer because of their impressive skills in marksmanship
I play bosmer because of their impressive skills in marksmanship
bows currently suck though, they don't feel fluid, maybe they won't quite as much in Skyrim with it being a new engine and all
Why would the game engine have any effect on how the bow feels.
At any rate, they upped the damage ratios of the bows in comparison to other weapons, and now arrows are harder to find. Guess this is more realistic, because making arrows is a fucking bitch, at least to the point where people wouldn't leave them laying around in ungaurded crates in vast qauntities.
Also i like their great alchemy and sneak skills.
Great class for some stealth stuff.

because the bow won't work exactly the same as in Oblivion, I doubt that they're using the exact same mechanics and animations on a much better and newer engine when they could revamp the bow and make it more usable
[editline]13th August 2011[/editline]
I'm not saying that the bow is absolutely terrible, what I'm saying is that it's not as fast as using a blade or likewise.
That is my opinion, though, I should probably just shut up because I'm sure a lot of people do like it :v:

no shit it's not quite as fast as a blade because you have to take out the arrow, nock the arrow, pull it back, aim and finally fire. With a sword you just go "fuck this imma swing errywhere"
Speaking of bows and stuff, I hope they get this sound right this time; would make archery fights way more exciting.

Could listen to that shit all day, feather arrows
Oh God

yeah I guess I just suck with a bow and that's why I dislike it then
Quick, send him the question
"How fearsome are they?"

Thats the animators failure not the engines. M&B has terrible character anims IMO, but shooting a bow is a lot more fun in that game just because of the sounds and the way it looks

the spell in his left hand really doesn't look right

thank god for that
I hate having to go to sleep to level up in Oblivion.
I hate having to go to sleep to level up in Oblivion.
there's one change to oblivion.ini to get rid of that
In an odd way, I'm going to miss Oblivion's ugly face maker.

I actually liked the "Sleep to gain a level thing". I'm really upset that they got rid of that. At least make it optional instead of completely removing it...

I think there's a modern trend in games today where anything other than shooting people in the face is considered something that should be removed for "streamlining"
I think a few mundane tasks for immersion purposes are good.
Fortunately, that thing in particular can probably be modded back in pretty easily.
So Bethesda what happened to the "people" that didn't show their characters yet
