One thing I REALLY want, is the world NOT LEVELING UP WITH YOU in Skyrim.
They did this concept of limited levelling, where different areas have differing level ranges rather than the entire world being universally levelled.
For example, near major towns and cities the level range will probably be 1~10 where an arid area, say the Giant cave spider cave, will be around 20~30.
Lesser invisibility (that is upgradable) and allow usage of doors or other shit.
Or full invisibility and not being able to do shit.
Yeah, I've got that already. I just never bought the spell because I thought it was useless.
I don't think I have ever played a Wood Elf in any Elder Scrolls game ever. But being friends with animals in skyrim sounds pretty neat.
I hope telekinesis is implemented right in Skyrim. They probably cut the spell out altogether though.
I was disappointed with that in Oblivion. It would've been so awesome to drop a sword in your inventory, pick it up with TK, and toss it at an enemy to have it impale them or something.
Did anyone actually use the telekinesis in Oblivion?
I'm surprised that everyones favorite seems to be mostly Dunmer or Argonian. I just got a cool idea for a wood elf who uses a bow and daggers or a shortsword. He impresses all the nobles of the area but has a very dark side and will kill people for bumping into him.
If anyone has a better or cooler race that would work with what I want then I would be all ears.

The worst thing is looting in my opinion in Oblivion, places have much better stuff at higher levels.
I want to be a level 7 thief and find a gigantic stack of valuable stuff while breaking into some place and sneaking around.
I want to go ( as a low level guy ) into a dungeon and go all "OH GOD HUGE TOUGH MONSTERS SHIT" not "oh hey a skeleton" and then come back some day when I'm level 30 and go all "Yeah, fuck you, I'm back and I'm tough"
Also Argonian.

If done correctly this could work, but what I see is something always being too hard or too easy. The way you play TES games is that it's dynamic, but this means that no one playthrough is the same and therefore you won't encounter the same enemies everytime and you'll end up fighting a monster fit for a Lvl 15 character as a Lvl 10, or a Lvl 1 monster.
Also, I want to disguise myself as a mage and break into the arcane university or something like that, you know.
There is a mod for that.

I made alot of monies by just being a corrupt guard (forging shit, stealing shit, stealing payrolls to get their cash, just being a guard earns you money).

Some people used it for Welkynd stone grabbing, but even still it's useless to me. Arrows do the same job.
Even as a mage I'd use arrows. I despise the TK spell in Oblivion so much because it just reeks of disappointment and wasted potential.

I just use the basic fireball spell to knock them down.
Telekenisis was entirely worthless, it literally has no application. I am really, really, really hoping you can pick people and objects up and hurl them at other enemies with telekinesis this time that is assuming that you've got a powerful variant.

Good point but it should be in the game.
But, but, disguises WERE in Fallout: New Vegas, so they'll probably be in Skyrim too.

It was even more useless in morrowind.
Granted, it had no physics but still.

Learn that Publisher =/= Developer damnit.

For the 10000000th time, Obsidian =/= Bethesda Game Studios

Well, not entirely. You can use it to open doors a distance, so it does have a couple practical applications. (mainly thievery)
I must say my favorite race is Dumner, but I enjoy all of them.
When I get Skyrim, I'm going to reroll my Oblivion character.
Coco Midnight.
A Redguard with the biggest afro possible. I named him Coco Midnight and put most of my skills into various types of magic and hand-to-hand combat.
Using his badass kung-fu and soul, Coco Midnight wages unceasing war against the jive-ass imperial honkeys and their corruption alongside his fellow Soul Brothers.
Although I suppose he'd be fighting the jive-ass Nord honkeys, and since hand-to-hand is no longer a skill... Oh well, I'll still use his fists.
Oh, and since everyone mentions it; my favorite class is Argonian.
I didn't know Argonian was a class.

I got a bow from some bosmer in the Arena, and what do you do when you get a new bow?

Thanks, fixed.
Khajiit master race
followed by Argonian
Anyone have a link to that nifty Skyrim countdown clock for Rainmeter?

I hope its more like "animal friend" in Fallout 3, not some lame-ass command creature greater power that only works up until you're level 7.
Every time people discuss what race-class they're playing it just reminds me that Elder Scrolls lore has no place for burly Dwarven Clerics. :(

So odds are I'll go with a muscled, grey-bearded battle-mage. Like Gandalf on steroids.

Here's hoping Dwemer will make a return in future Elder Scrolls games.
Was useful for thieving and Welkynd Stones
Real thieves use bow and arrows to knock them off the pedestal.
Fuck magick, FIGHTER'S GUILD OWNS!!!
So I just thought about the Quakecon video again. and at the end of the video there's the dramatic shout of "DOVAHKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN" and then I thought how awesome it would be for that to be one of the shouts. It has no purpose. No damage caused. Nothing at all. The only thing it does is draw attention to you. So as you're walking about town you just randomly yell your name/title as loud as possible. "Halt! You have violated the la-" only to be interrupted by you screaming "DOVAHKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN" and then running away.

Dwemer seemed arrogant to me, like scientific High Elves.
Favourite race: Argonians all the way.

I'm going to love stun shouts. Like just now in Oblivion, I was in a book store in Chorol and I pressed Z to pick up the book. The shop owner must have thought I was some kind of murderous lunatic because I picked up "A Guide to Skingrad". A town guard ran down the stairs and arrested me.
I would've loved to be able to stun him, pick the book up and slap him across the face with it.
