Think a "Scumbag Todd" or "Scumbag Bethesda" meme has any potential?
To what extent? I can't think of anything that would count as scumbaggery...
I hope the Argonians look more of the Morrowind ones.
I prefer them to have a snout and more reptilian face rather than that fish type face from Oblivion.
The only screenshot of one I found was a frontal view and hard to tell the shape of the face from to me.

Not to mention the world was way bigger in daggerfall, they just downsized things so the game was more concentrated.
Yeah, I imagine that the true size of the world is comparable to that of Daggerfall. Which makes Tamriel about half as big as Europe.
Actually, the Dwemer aren't dead. They're 'missing' it's speculated that they were swept into an alternate plane of existence.
(Sorry it took so long to reply, I was afk)
Yeah but there's also the theory that they're all FUCKING DEAD, when Kagrenac used his tools on the heart of Lorkhan to try and make a new god(really just a huge ass robot) that was powered in daggerfall by a massive souljem. You see, it transferred them into it thus turning the Dwemer into their new brass god. Also that power source was destroyed pryer to the events of any of the games when Tiber Septim used the robot to take over Tamriel.
I for one find this more likely, but in the end it doesn't really matter, i hardly think Bethesda is going to bring them back.

Can someone help me out here, I installed DarNified UI by extracting the archive to oblivion/data but nothing seems to have changed. What am I missing here?
It requires OBMM (Oblivion mod manager) to work.
Double click it when you have installed OBMM.
Maybe an eye for an eye applies in Skyrim, cause it seems everyone's a pirate.
I've always played an Argonian. And I don't plan on changing that.

Just realized we have quite a bit of evidence pointing toward Lycanthropy being in vanilla Skyrim or possibly an expansion.
Lycanthropy in general is spread throughout Tamriel, the most notable forms being the werewolves (the 'common' disease) and the werebears of Skyrim (though they can be warded off by canis root, so it would be useless to have the option of becoming one in the game). Now, there are three known ways of possibly curing the disease. The first is simply eating/drinking a cure disease substance right when you contract Lycanthropy, stopping it before it starts. The second way is Hircine's Ring (doesn't really 'remove' the disease though. The third way is seeking out witches and witch covens. The most notable witch coven Glenmoril Witch Coven in High Rock. Well, we can't get to High Rock in-game so that's rather pointless.
The only other witch coven known to us was a small group of local witches in Solstheim (the island which is the setting for Bloodmoon) which allowed the player to cure their lycanthropy if they contracted it in Morrowwind. In terms of Skyrim, there is(or was) a Witch Coven in Whiterun who controlled and ran the area. This most likely means if lycanthropy is in Skyrim, then the answer for our cure(or even contraction) would be these witches in the city of Whiterun. This also leads me to believe the possibility of a Dunmer Werewolf Cult or Group in Skyrim. Not too long after the beginning of the Fourth Era, Red Mountain erupts and destroys most of Vvardenfell. A little while after, the Argonians invade Vvardenfell, causing most Dunmer to retreat to Werewolf land: Solstheim. So I would not be surprised if diseased Dunmer came to Skyrim with lyncanthropy and spread it even more, looked for a cure, or embraced it (creating a cult).
It would be cool if all that jazz was in there.
It seems you can choose which eye to make white.

It's good to know we can still make our characters look ridiculous.

The question is, can you make both eyes white? I want to play a blind character! :v:

Ahahah shit I hadn't noticed that one.

I just hope that you get to enjoy all the bonuses of being blind in one eye, such as a lack of binocular depth perception.
I doubt they'll go into detail as to making your bow-firing arm right handed if you are blind in your left eye.
Anyone check out the Dragon Age Wiki?

bottom right reminds me of the army leader in Mulan, you know the one who sang that training montage song?

Just like all other weapons you choose which hand to put your bow in.
Nirn (the planet this all takes place on) is retardedly small.

This is the entire world - with Tamriel being the big landmass on the right. The island in the middle is the island Imperial City sits on. This entire planet is a fraction of the size of Texas. It'd have zero gravity unless it was somehow super dense.
I realize it's fantasy but that just occurred to me and it sort of surprised me. :v:
That's not all of nirn, its missing the giant landmass of akavir to the north or the east, I forget which.
bottom right reminds me of the army leader in Mulan, you know the one who sang that training montage song?
God dammit, now I've got that song stuck in my head. "Let's get down to business! To defeat... THE HUNS!"
Or was that song at a different part in the movie? I haven't seen that movie in a while...
