Every time I fast travel now the game drops to 2 fps and I have to restart the game, anyone have any idea what's causing this? I've never had this problem before. Also, google has told me nothing useful apart from to use a 3/4GB enabler, but one breaks OBSE and the other hasn't helped.

I thought I had fixed my problem by enabling triple buffering in nVidia settings but apparently not, anyone know what "total BStask" means? The number of total BStask always climbs after I get the problem.
