Regarding the "blocky noses" that effect also appears on some of the chins, it just looks like a tad bit of messed up normal mapping/or lack of phong shading I'm sure that it's just the way they were rendered in this case that's causing it, the guys probably screwed up some settings but it's barely noticable in the first place so doesn't really matter (wont look like that in game, without a doubt)

Could play into it
