Wait, why would they stop the pre-order? Has that ever happened with steam games?
When will the option to preorder via steam end? I won't get money til around the 29th of October which is cutting it a bit thin, but d'you reckon they'll keep it for that long?
What? "You can buy this game now, but 2 weeks before it comes out, you're not allowed to buy it. You have to wait for it to come out to actually buy it! Yeah!" You can prepurchase all the way up to 1 second before it goes live.
Maybe he meant the pre-order offer, of having money off. Still worth going to amazon.
Wood armor.
It would be so flexible and breathable.
It would be so flexible and breathable.
And get moldy after you went in the water.
guys i'm really dumb I know, but how do poisons actually work? I mean, 9 pts for 32 seconds means that it's going to do 9 pts of damage per second?
guys i'm really dumb I know, but how do poisons actually work? I mean, 9 pts for 32 seconds means that it's going to do 9 pts of damage per second?
yeah [editline]29th August 2011[/editline] unless im wrong its been a while since i've played.
They aren't in hiding though. They kind of disappeared and no one actually knows why
There's always the possibility of Dwemer in some other forms- Morrowind had Yagrum Bagrum and Tribunal had a Dwemer ghost you interacted with, who for various reasons did not completely disappear. They could be there in some form, though I'm not sure if they'll be important for the main quest.
And get moldy after you went in the water.
And keep you warm after someone sets you on fire.

It could be a preset option. Like in Fallout 3. You get both choices.
No other place to really ask this so: I'm downloading Oblivion GOTY as we speak on Steam. Since I have never really actually bothered to play it farther than the first Oblivion Gate (and vanilla at that), is there any essential fixes that I need to get? I'm not really interested into overhauling the game on my first few playthroughs and just want the essential fixes and such.

There's also a variety of graphics mods. OBGE v3 in particular for cool new shaders, and an addon for it called Liquid Water makes the water look fucking crazy. Here's a pretty good list of mods including some of the best graphics enhancements you can get right now (warning: downloading all the texture packs will add up to like 4GB): http://knotstheinane.blogspot.com/p/oblivion-modding-guide.html You really don't need all of it, especially the shit about FCOM...
Well that video shows that their still is Skin Tone. And the weight slider also. But the hair color slider doesn't show how many color choices we have. It could have 5 colors, or it could have 50. I'm fine with no RGB slider since it always turns the hair some unrealistic color.
I like how they have an entire meter for you to pick "sex" I was half expecting to see something inbetween :ohdear:
i can't wait to be 46% female
i can't wait to be 46% female
But, yeah, gender-sex distinction and all that. [editline]30th August 2011[/editline] I can't wait to put towns on fire, though.
Applying upgrades, as in smithing weapons and armor to be improved will not change the appearance. Enchanting them will make them glow but you’re not looking at customization of appearance.
Shit! Double Shit!
Shit! Double Shit!
Just wait for mods :downs:
