If there was absolutely no werewolves they probably would have said by now. You may be right about the DLC, or perhaps we can't become one but certain NPC's/creatures are.

Either they've made a decision but don't want it to be public, or they haven't made a decision yet and don't want to give anyone the wrong idea.
I'm guessing the latter, since werewolves in Bloodmoon are associated with Solstheim which is much like Skyrim, so they're not sure if they want to include it yet. But then, that last interview they said DLC ideas were all up in the air, so there's hope yet.
I'd actually like to see a DLC set in Solstheim, now that the Dunmer have escaped there. Also, High Rock and Atmora. Though we probably won't see Atmora, at least not as a huge free-roaming area. I'll just mod everyone to be fat and a Wood Elf. I'm also slighly peeved by the fact that the wood elves don't look like idiots.
The added grit fits their lore better. Savage cannibals that live in the trees. Although, I think that the high elves should look cleaner, the grit just doesn't suit them in my opinion.

I somewhat agree, but they're also Skyrim(ian?) High Elves, so it's safe to assume the reason all the races look grittier here is because of their adaption to the climate.
They're also Skyrim High Elf [i]Prisoners being led to their execution[/i], so grit is slightly forgivable
Yeah, we have to remember Skyrim is a very different place. Although they [i]are[/i] high elves.

Sorry that I haven't been following every last bit of Skyrim news, but have they said anything about making a 100% chameleon suit like you could in Oblivion? I find it insanely fun to walk right up to daedra and punch them in the face.
