i don't have even the slightest idea which race/class to play first, they all look so amazing gonna take me half a hour to decide which race to play
Ork thief
I'm going to start off with an Argonian mage, then a Nord warrior. Both left-handed if I get it for my laptop, through it is unlikely because... well, laptops.
Ghoul race confirmed.
Argonians dipshit.
Argonians dipshit.
I disagree, fine sir, they are most likely GHOULS.
I disagree, fine sir, they are most likely GHOULS.
There are no ghouls in TES. Go back to Fallout.
The game starts with you getting lead to your execution because you crossed the border to Skyrim. I think the beard jokes are getting a bit old at this point.
He understands that. He meant WHERE you'll end up after you get out of jail. The beginning place, whatever.
Have they said anything about 100% chameleon yet?
Have they said anything about 100% chameleon yet?
I'm hoping they'll remove that, it was ridiculously game breaking!
I'm hoping they'll remove that, it was ridiculously game breaking!
But it's so fun punching bandits in the face and hearing them say "better cut back on the ale".
I'm hoping they'll remove that, it was ridiculously game breaking!
you don't have to use it. I wouldn't use it in normal gameplay for that reason, but it was fun for screwing around
Why the fuck would you think drinking too much made you feel like being punched. Unless they're drinking bleach or something
There are no ghouls in TES.
I didn't realize Sherlock Holmes himself was a member of this forum!
Why the fuck would you think drinking too much made you feel like being punched. Unless they're drinking bleach or something
skooma's a hell of a drug
Why the fuck would you think drinking too much made you feel like being punched. Unless they're drinking bleach or something
It's because they "detect" you then "undetect" you so they say the things that they would if they lost you while sneaking.
Who else thinks Windhelm is going to be the best city since it's built on a huge rock arch spanning over a river and also because of the potentially high Dunmer population?
[sp]Nah, I think he humped a cat, (because hes a khajiit) and therefore the mother of the cat could only say "Meow".[/sp]
Actually, in the Khajiit lore, based on the moon cycle, Khajiit can take on different forms. If a Khajiit is born under a certain Moon, it looks and speaks like a Housecat. We only see the "Humanoid" ones in the games. Some are giant Tiger beasts. In fact one story has a humanoid Khajiit warrior girl that rides her brother as a mount, and he's a giant Tiger. Some part in the story mentions two guys talking about things getting awkward when regular people ask them about her riding her brother everywhere. [editline]3rd September 2011[/editline]
Wrong. They almost definitely make it for PC first and then port it to Xbox, it's just easier to get a few Xboxes and chuck the game on to a disc and show it.
I'm not trying to start a shitstorm or anything, but wasn't it confirmed that Skyrim's PC release was made for 360 and then ported to PC? Pretty sure one E3 video had a Bethesda dev guy saying they ported it to PC from the console. I don't really mind though, from what I've seen in those up close character profiles, which presumably were from the PC version, the PC version graphically beats the crap outta the console version anyway, and I already have the PC version preordered anyway, because pretty much everything about Skyrim IMO looks fantastic. Textures could be better though. But I'm only saying this based on screenshots from the console version.

Look at what they looked like in Arena:
I can't even tell which version looks more silly now.
gotta say I like the snow-leopard look of the new Khajiit
gotta say I like the snow-leopard look of the new Khajiit
Do you have a picture of this? I hadn't seen a white furred one yet.
Do you have a picture of this? I hadn't seen a white furred one yet.
Goddammit Sonicdude, you did this shit on purpose didn't you? Well, here's a picture of an actual Snow Leopard then. Bastards.

That one is the most badassest.
Do you have a picture of this? I hadn't seen a white furred one yet.
He probably means this one. [editline]3rd September 2011[/editline] no wait
That armor looks pretty boss.
wow that fire effect is really shitty
Fuck yeah, this armor looks great.
wow that fire effect is really shitty
Most likely because it's pre-realse.
Thinking about making a more bestial looking Khajiit now or an Argonian. Can't decide. If I did go with a Khajiit I'd definitely right to pull off a leopard-esque look with some modifications

You're saying you would make your character look like a snow leopard at a rave?
