Adding dark messiah style fighting in TES would kinda break the game's style in my opinion. Dark Messiah is a linear action game designed for straight forward combat. The Elder Scrolls is a role playing game designed to be much more than that. In my opinion, giving it the same combat system as DM would only make it a straight forward action game.
I hope the swords and knives/daggers actually look like blades this time around. In Oblivion they looked like layers of shining cardboard put together.

Even tho i agree mods are awesome, i believe they are best used for end game scenarios. I feel like im cheating the game otherwise even if it is extra weapons and armor
That's the biggest problem with modding (apart from naked huge-boobed anime chicks of course). It feels like devs constantly get lazy and let things unfinished because fuck it, mods.
