Yes, but in that time, the most popular video game ever would be called "CoD: Modern Warfare 13"
Or it could be the spiritual sucessor to Bastion.
are you blind
you seem to have missed the part where suddenly bows in skyrim didn't need any arrows and had 100% hit auto aim. what about the completely linear world in skyrim that you cant walk around in. You also failed to notice how you lack the ability to jump and level up. I'm sorry but these games are so identical RIGHT GUYS?!!?!1!

He has to be joking, but there are still people that think you can't punch people.
Please tell me you are joking.
It seemed quite blatantly a joke to me.
I was joking you know, and I feel sad that some of you don't seem to know that.
I was joking you know, and I feel sad that some of you don't seem to know that.
So right after someone made a hardly understandable joke, you say that your long post and hard discussion are just jokes?
Hey, guys, hey hey, you can, guys guys are you listening, you can rename your kid after you call him Dovakhin after birth just to get the reward. Magic, don't you agree?

Magic, don't you agree?
I imagine Bethesda would cancel the free games thing if they did that. But hey what do I know, if they can afford to make like 80 10,000 dollar Dovakhiin statues they can afford to give people some free games.
So right after someone made a hardly understandable joke, you say that your long post and hard discussion are just jokes?
Are you dumb? Is your brain incapable of processing sarcasm? He was joking about "The fact that it's turning into Dark Messiah/Fable is a rather big deal to me you know."
So right after someone made a hardly understandable joke, you say that your long post and hard discussion are just jokes?
No, just the one where I said it was becoming Fable and or Dark Messiah, the rest was not a joke.
Why don't they just name their child Dovahkiin for laughs, fame and the reward then rename it.
Do you have any idea how much of a pain in the ass a legal name change can be ?
No, just the one where I said it was becoming Fable and or Dark Messiah, the rest was not a joke.
It makes me sad that you had to explain it though, I thought it was quite obvious.
I just asked Pete Hines the most important question: "If most races can be your spouse, which race is left out? If its Argonian that might make people wanting Argonian maids upset :P" His reply: "I'm not getting into specifics. I don't want to get into clarifying every inch of the game." Don't be surprised if you can't marry Argonians, even if you are an Argonian yourself. I guess mods can fix that though.

Eh, marriage isn't a huge deal for me, I could go either way with a Fable system or a well scripted interesting (But less varying) NPCs system.
I found 715 daedric arrows on a Bosmer I killed during Boethiah's quest, is there a mod that would let me enchant them?
The fable system is complete bullshit. I just hope marriage in this game will be the result of a well made complex romance and not just a "marriage" dialogue option with a few characters after a stupid quest. I don't understand why developers just can't add stuff people want. It's like they think they're some sort of game gurus and think their way is the best. Sure they're developers and know their stuff, but a player also knows what is fun to him/her, and when most people are dissapointed when they hear about a "feature" or the lack of thereof you know you did something wrong. Mods don't count, since they can't change absolutely everything.
Please tell me you are joking.
wow
It's more like Todd Howard is the deliverer of amazing news that then turns out to not be in the game.
Todd Howard is Peter Molyneux's alternate personality. :v:

If my kid was named Dovahkiin, he'd be Dovahkiin Junior. and then I'd hire a group to walk along him and every time someone says his name, they'll sing the main theme.

I think it would be cool if you could actually use fire properly in the game. For example, being able to burn down trees/forests/villages with fire.
