Yes there are NPC relationships but there is no sex or nudity. Pretty much all of these can be fixed with mods, too. EDIT: I'm sure there is "Fade to black" sex like in FO3 and NV, but I bet some modder will turn it into interactive porn if you're into that sort of thing :P

And Pete said its part of mercantile now, so perhaps a high speech will open up a new line at a store of "This sword is chipped, rusty, and needs to be polished...I'll give you 50 Septims instead of 125!" EDIT: Oh wait. I'm thinking of New Vegas. FO3's IMO was worse. NV dialog in Skyrim would be killer.

Difference being in FO3 your speech determined the percentage chance of a speech check succeeding, but in New Vegas you HAD to have the minimum speech or it would fail.
