I'm fairly sure that's just the subscriber cover for this month's PCG.
It has a big article about Skyrim and why would they release a magazine with an article about a game that was released a month ago?

This is sadly one of the things they probably won't improve on. It's most likely going to be constantly smashing a button. They did a huge mistake not letting the Dark Messiah folks work on the combat, because that's something Bethesda are really bad at.
