True. Not enough clutter and the ground does repeat itself, but maybe that isn't the latest build... I don't really care as long as the PC version looks 10 times better. :P

It would look good if the ground texture didn't repeat like that, and if the LOD models casted shadows.
Mods will fix this, and we still have a month until release, so I guess we will just have to wait.

They've only shown stuff from the PS3 and 360, they have to disable dynamic shadows for them because obviouly the consoles can't handle it.

Trust me, there will be dynamic shadows in the PC version.
If there isn't, I'll eat my skyrim disc cover just for you.

Even the poses in some of the screenshots for example the woman holding the torch seem recycled. Don't get me wrong I can't wait for Skyrim but certain things seem a tad lazy/gamebryoish.

well, actually, I think my first character will be a Nord, simple because it IS Skyrim.

I'll probably roll a Dunmer second. Maybe an Argonian third, if I can forgive them for what they did to Morrowind!

Nord is my favourite race, but the fact that it's in Skyrim makes me not want to play a Nord, as there'll already be plenty of them about already. Plus for my first playthrough I want to feel like a stranger to the land.

Yeah, I suppose with the Dragonborn, you can be any race.
It just seemed odd being the Nerevarine as anything but a Dark Elf.
