If a game has multiple endings, one is supposed to play it multiple times. Especially in a game like Fallout or KOTOR, where your character can be different every time.

It makes them go steal an apple and resist arrest.
I'm guessing you wont get to arrest normal citizens, but maybe you'll go out and kill criminals on the run or something like that.

Thats pretty cool. Its like the Imperial army faction in Morrowind. I didn't do many of their quests though, as they forced you to be in Imperial uniform for them to talk to you.
Maybe the quests will involve breaking up Skooma rings and mafia rings.
I think it would be cool if faction quests interfered with each other too. You could master every guild in Morrowind I THINK but it took a lot of effort and you had to do it carefully.
Perhaps the last quest you do for the Guards would be destroying the Dark brotherhood. And I'm sure they'd have those randomly generated quests too.

It doesn't matter to me if the game has multiple endings or not, I replay a game based on how much I like it.
Bioshock 2 has 4(?) endings, story didn't really appeal to me much; played it once.
Red Dead Redemption has one ending, I liked its story a lot; played through at least four times.

I really can't play fallout new vegas more than twice.
I get past goodsprings and reach primm, then I notice how repetitive it will be until I reach the strip, so I decide to save and go do some other thing.
maybe I should go after those deathclaws in quarry junction and show how awesome I am being level 2 and defeating those bastards.
