Anyway, I, personally, would like to share my own thoughts on this from my own personal point of view. This opinion is as follows:

I'm 18, and I still live with my parents, as living on the college campus would cost money that I don't have. We only have two televisions (and two PS3s), so I'll be forced to play Skyrim on one of two of those. I'd prefer not to have my folks walk in and see dead children and naked people everywhere. For all of you bachelors living by yourselves in tiny apartments, it'd be fine, but you have to look at the larger group of gamers when you bring something like this into consideration. We actually have families, and we don't want to expose those families to what would essentially be a necrophiliac porno, either by chance or choice.

I really could care less about the Azura Statue, as I can't recall ever seeing said statue in-game. Nobody's going to notice that in casual, passing glances, but they'll probably notice an orgy of the dead in the city streets.

Make it an option to remove the underwear or not, or don't remove it all, i don't care, it's not like your character is in dire need of underwear, but if you're hiding the boobs of statues and naked women then yes, it becomes a problem, it's an M rated game, it can have those things, and [i]it should[/i], considering the previous games. Not being able the kill children is way more retarded however.

Guess it's the same as Oblivion then. I know it saves processing by leaving stuff unaffected by physics until touched, but will this mean sudden spazzing and movement by everything you slightly nudge? Hoping that's fixed (or isn't as bad) in Skyrim.

Bethesda actually got some trouble because they didn't remove the textures, so modders were free to use them. It was like the hot coffee incident with GTA:SA.
