Truth, Meyer tarnished the good vampire name with her desecrations.
There HAVE to be Werewolves in Skyrim! It would be so awesome to roam through the forests at night, looking for your next victim. I really dont know if it is a bad sign that Todd Howard never really answers the questions about werewolves, well other than:"No comment" Maybe it really will be a big surprise.
He always kind of dodges answering questions. It makes me worried because bethesda games never really have everything they say they do. So I'm always waiting for the catch.
If there aren't werewolves in the vanilla game, modders will soon create them, just like oblivion, the mods for werewolves in oblivion were really good quality actually.

Pretty sure I saw a scan of an article that mentioned it.
On topic, werewolves as an enemy were confirmed, but not being able to become one yourself.
On a subject mentioned earlier, have muscle/bodyfat sliders in char gen actually been confirmed?
On a subject mentioned earlier, have muscle/bodyfat sliders in char gen actually been confirmed?
There is a body mass slider. Its in one of the videos somewhere.
On a subject mentioned earlier, have muscle/bodyfat sliders in char gen actually been confirmed?
I remember seeing a video where there is one slider for the body, to the one side he gets thinner and to the other he gets pretty buff. -Ninja'd- On the topic of werewolves: I think this scan from the article was just mentioning the werewolves in the lore, not in the actuall game. but I could be wrong...
Yes, We've seen them in recorded videos of people playing the game, you can be slender up to bulky/muscular Oh that's what I get for not refreshing.

I really hope being a vampire in this game won't be shitty like in oblivion. I really hated having everyone refusing to talk to me

I've tried playing morrowind a few times but I just feel so damn lost and confused after being so used to oblivion. Maybe I'll try again

But your face switched from "mutant potato" to "ungodly abomination, too ugly even for Oblivion's standards. Kill with fire. On sight." Vampires are supposed to be charming bastards, not rejected mutant concepts from STALKER.
On topic, werewolves as an enemy were confirmed, but not being able to become one yourself.
Really? When? I haven't heard that before, but it'd be pretty damn cool!
I've tried playing morrowind a few times but I just feel so damn lost and cofused after being so used to oblivion. Maybe I'll try again
I dont understand how people feel "lost and confused" when they arent given direction in the form of a compass marker. It's sort of the point of the game, its a free world and you do what you want. Get MGE XE, a few body and clothing replacers, then just soak it all in with modern(ish) graphics. Also, play a mage because it gives you more stuff to work with. Plus you can "fast travel" [editline]9th October 2011[/editline]
Well if you were nourished, they hardly changed their disposition, IIRC. You should progressively get weaker and weaker if you forget to feed.
I can't wait for orcish weapons.
I hope they have reversed the system. I found it dumb that you get stronger as you feed less. Also it's quite a unique thing in the Elder Scrolls universe that separates it's vampires from others. So I say keep it.

[editline]9th October 2011[/editline] Any response to my 28 Days (and a bit) question?
So... I'm going to pick this up on Launch day for the PS3. Why? Because my PC's a festering pile of crap.
I'm happy with the amount of media and info out on Skyrim already.
I would love an hour long playthrough of the existing demo. There would be few spoilers as most of the plot elements were removed. If they're touting that there's thousands of hours of gameplay in the game then one hour shouldn't hurt. Actually, even 30 or 20 minutes would work. I am just sick of seeing Todd fight through the same path with the same dungeon over and over again.
I cancelled my preorder of Skyrim because I got Knight Game 2, it blows this game out of the water. [joke/] I really hope you can become a Werewolf in this game because the idea of hunting for humans in the night sounds fucking amazing.
I really hope you can become a Werewolf in this game because the idea of hunting for humans in the night sounds fucking amazing.
I just want to become a werewolf as a Khajiit :v: It'd be hilarious.
Vampires are supposed to be charming bastards, not rejected mutant concepts from STALKER.
Only since Stoker brought that particular trope to the table, before then they were essentially walking corpses.

I just hope the game has hotkeys for spells and or weapons, and more than 8 That Menu system looks horrible to navigate through in a timely fashion to find something you want. Oblivion's was pretty much perfect as long as you got a UI Mod to make it look like it wasn't being played in 640X480
