morrowind's combat was terrible and it was textured by someone who's favourite colour is shit brown

it has a terrible rumors system, horrible animations and can be incredibly tedious to play

I'm like the only person who says this but oblivion is better

Ill agree with a lot of the other stuff, but I think this one applies to both games.. maybe for different reasons, but there's lots of stuff in oblivion that just gets [I]suuuper[/I] tedious, IE: the environments.

Hands down morrowind has better map design, I guess the other gameplay aspects are up for debate. Personally though I prefer it's combat, though at the beginning of the game it may be retarded (low agility and skills) at least it isn't a pointless slugfest like oblivion... when you hit somebody with a huge hammer in morrowind, they [I]stay[/I] down.

I generally stayed away from those Docks. They look nice and add a bit of flare and usefulness, but I like my RAM. RocketDock seems like it uses very little though

I never liked having a game when the only reason you could improve the experience is by modding. I mean I have seen a lot of times when people start a let's play (usually minecraft) that the comments tell them to install a crapload of mods and even say it would improve their experience as a viewer and this annoys the crap out of me.

The best experiences I have with games is vanilla... with an exception of Garry's Mod.

Once you've played something through x amount of times you could want something new, its one of the best possible features a game could have because it expands the life-span tenfold even if its a linear SP game.

If I've played a game long enough for it to loose its entertainment quality, I usually put it aside and stop playing it and after a while, about 1/2 - 2 years later, I start playing through it again. This only apply for single player games through, where multiplayer games grants "infinite amount of fun".

Mods allow that bridge between playing to decrease even to the point where there isn't one. I've done the same but only to games I really really seem to enjoy or I just feel like I need to play in bursts.
