It isn't confirmed, but it is assumed to be bound. I mean, if you stuff a gem/crystal inside a weapon, would it become made out of fog/plasma/whatever it is made of?

If a meteor or comet struck Nirn, I guess the only surviving races would be small mammals, mudcrabs and Argonians. That's kind of what happened to Morrowind wasn't it?
This was a very good pack with lots of cool mods that make the game more immersive and awesome. Easy to install and works like a charm without manual load order tweaking.

If it makes either of you feel any better, any modpacks I plan on doing are going to be minor and based more on immersion. (Such as seeing your body in first person)

I don't remember if the Original game had this, but with this one mod that adds the Third Person Anims into First Person (also lets you see your torso) My hand actually blocks my view during a sand-storm, really cool with Depth of Field

I really hope it's working better than in Oblivion. Oblivion mods that did this always fucked up because you had the impression of constantly walking on a cushion of air.

okay, this is badass.
I'm just about to preorder this and BF3 from Amazon when I'm told that I can't have free shipping if I want the items dispatched as soon as available instead of dispatching both at the same time. That means I'd have to wait until November to get BF3. That's pretty dumb since can't I just create two amazon accounts and order 1 item from each? Even if I only order one of them I'm still eligible for the free shipping.
If I need to pay all that shipping (13 pounds) then there's no point in buying from Amazon as each game gets just as expensive as retail here.

I think the best part about this is when viewing the slide show at the bottom, you can see that he gained 3 levels in [i]2 minutes[/i].

Those 2 screenshots were comparing the time between the 2 players when they finished.
(It's also a 20 second difference.)
