Its unfortunate that it's not a replacer, though. I guess its without consequence, I tried to start an oblivion replay but I couldn't get past the horrible character creation after seeing skyrim's faces :v: Looked at my swollen, low resolution face that I spent 10 minutes making and then just ragequit the game
Longest 4 weeks of all time.
Untill it's 4 weeks before the release of The Elder Scrolls VI: Black Marsh in 2016, that is.
lol it turns out I'm going to ireland on november 12th, a land without computers or games consoles capable of playing skyrim though if I squint at the miles of desolate countryside maybe I could pretend to be playing skyrim
Untill it's 4 weeks before the release of The Elder Scrolls VI: Black Marsh in 2016, that is.
I am really looking forward to see almost all of the races having to use a survival suit.
I am really looking forward to see almost all of the races having to use a survival suit.
Maybe they are adapted for the enviroment better, like how everyone in Skyrim has a beard.
Untill it's 4 weeks before the release of The Elder Scrolls VI: Black Marsh in 2016, that is.
you mean TES VI: Tamriel :smith:
lol it turns out I'm going to ireland on november 12th, a land without computers or games consoles capable of playing skyrim though if I squint at the miles of desolate countryside maybe I could pretend to be playing skyrim
Yeah Well... uh....... not really
I just saw the Skyrim trailer before a movie. The whole crowd in there was silenced and stopped their petty conversations to hear FUS ROH DAH in full movie theater audio.
I just saw the Skyrim trailer before a movie.
I am really looking forward to see almost all of the races having to use a survival suit.
Survival Suit according to the nexus is a G-string bikini and an H Cup black bra on a 10 year old elf girl.
If the new generation of consoles are even half as powerful as a gaming computer built this year, a TES game based around all of Tamriel is definitely possible.
The next generation of consoles will all use some kind of motion control, whereas I think Sony will be unsuccessful. The generation after that may be all micro consoles running on cloud gaming.
Untill it's 4 weeks before the release of The Elder Scrolls VI: Black Marsh in 2016, that is.
i gonna copy this quote and post it on 14th of Oct 2016, lets just hope you're right.
If it is released in 2016, then their release date will be 16/16/16 "But burger, there is no such thing as a 16th month" There will be in the future, just like hovercrafts and better tasting food.
I'm gonna sleep early the day prior to the day before release so when it comes out on steam, I'll be one of the first to play it. Then I will not sleep. For the rest of the fucking week.
God damn so close I can't take it aaahh
I would pay for movie admission just to see that trailer on the big screen and watch the crowd inevitably be in awe
Sadly it was just a 20 second trailer. It was the FUS ROH DAH part onwards. But it did the trick. I'm still reeling in excitement. [editline]15th October 2011[/editline] FUCK FUCK FUCK WHY DOES UNIVERSITY HAVE TO EXIST. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCK
Yeah Well... uh....... not really
vast swathes of grassland interspersed with the occasional leprechaun and IRA bomber huge tracts of land filled with poorly tarmaced driveways and the occasional river of guinness oh yeah, and a green mist that makes everything look green, as is my understanding of ireland

The whole "desolate country-side" thing however, is sadly true, its not even that kind of country-side you can pretend is Skyrim, just shitty foggy flat grassland, filled with the likes of people that would need Skyrim to be called Oblivion 2 just to know what it actually is. Ever notice how the art in Morrowind to Oblivion jumped from renaissance to medieval? Annoyed me. Skyrim being more medieval makes sense because of the location / events between the games, at least. In Morrowind the Imperials were sort of an ancient Roman/Euro renaissance crossover. I found that cool.

Should I skip work to play it? Although I know it will be awesome, I don't know if I should.
Should I skip work to play it? Although I know it will be awesome, I don't know if I should.
It comes out on a Friday, the answer is obvious
Should I skip work to play it? Although I know it will be awesome, I don't know if I should.
No. I am sure you can wait until after work to play.
-SNOP-
It is not worth skipping work for a game, you have forever to play it after release anyway.
Unless someone dies as a direct result of you missing work, skip it like a fat kid in a fucking dodgeball lineup.
