I'm in the proccess of trying to complete every single quest that I could possible beat until I get skyrim. Right now I'm collecting Ayleid statues. I was at Wendelbek and was about to grab a statue, but I somehow bumped into and it went batshit and flew across the room into a pillar and it disapeared into the ground. Asked about region free on intkeys and the admin said that they aren't sure if the keys they will receive are region free yet. So if you preordered and they charged you could get screwed a bit. Most def Russian Keys where they get them for about 15 a peice.

NB: I have no idea how difficult it is to reclaim your steam account :)

Vpn's aren't necesarilly allowed in the terms of service as technically you'd be getting around a region lock, therefore it's risky and not worth it in my opinion. I would rather pay up and not have to worry about using a region locked key. I'd hate myself forever if it downloaded certain Russian counterparts and hindered certain stuff such as dlc from being purchased in the USA.
I can already tell the modding community for Skyrim is going to be huge.
