Skyrim, Saint's Row 3, Halo anniversary and MW3 all in the same months, within 5 days of each other. Pfft. I have Skyrim, Halo and MW3 pre-ordered (although MW3 is a Christmas present), now to get SR3.
Passing the time by designing new armor for skyrim. Your argument is invalid, my helmet has a beard. What happens if you dragon shout while wearing a full face helm? Does the front blow out or do you end up blowing your head off?
That's pretty good The Armour on the shoulders should have a beard
(User was banned for this post ("Fuck off and die." - Dav0r))
Woah
So Morrowind looked pretty cool, and just about everyone liked it over it's successor Oblivion. And now Because of that, Skyrim is going to reflect Morrowind A lot more in characters, game play, and feel, But there is also a very large fanbase for the early predecessor to Morrowind, Daggerfall (Me being one ) meaning that The Elder Scrolls VI will reflect Daggerfall more? That'd be great
Not really true According to previews the game plays more like a polished and refined Oblivion than Morrowind, and it feels like Oblivion. However it has elements of Morrowind's flavor and weirdness to it, so it's much more atmospherically engaging to be in (though not quite as "memorable" as Morrowind's enviornment design apparently).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I only know of a "560 Ti" and even that is sufficient, no need for a 570, but if you want to invest in the future I'd say go at least for the latter one or even better.
Oh sorry meant to type 560, not 570.
Oh sorry meant to type 560, not 570.
I'm really enjoying my 560 Ti. Got it for about $250 (may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere. Was just closest place and my current card was fucking up.) at Frys and just love it. But then again I did upgrade from a 9800 GT to gtx 560 ti so I don't know compared to your card how great it will be.
Ughh I am so hyped for Skyrim. Gotta go to bed, gotta go to work, gotta get paid, gotta cash check, gotta preorder.
So can anyone explain to me why you are hyped about Skyrim? because I'm not, though I would like to be.
So can anyone explain to me why you are hyped about Skyrim? because I'm not, though I would like to be.
Because everyone here is a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls game and we've been dying for a new since Oblivion. Its as simple as that v:v:v
So can anyone explain to me why you are hyped about Skyrim? because I'm not, though I would like to be.
I wasn't super hyped until I played it at PAX. I don't think I've ever played a game for 15 minutes only and just went "Fuck that was great."
Fucking with the packaging normally is a problem but what they did with the Onlive passes was honestly justified because they were not informed and could've got into a lot of shit had they sold the products with those passes in.
Trouble as in people got free trials of a competitor's service? That's literally the reason they pulled them
Regarding the Deus Ex: Human Revolution OnLive Codes: We don't make a habit of promoting competitive services without a formal partnership. Square Enix packed the competitor's coupon with our DXHR product without our prior knowledge and we did pull these coupons. While the new products may be opened, we fully guarantee the condition of the discs to be new. If you find this to not be the case, please contact the store where the game was purchased and they will further assist.
I've apparently got one of the few "good" Gamestop stores in my area, then, because everything I buy there new (PC or Console) has always been in the manufacturer's shrinkwrap, with the discs in their original locations. I remember buying a WoW chest (They had it for $5, sue me.) back in 2008 from them. Shrink wrapped with the MSRP sticker on. And then beside the MSRP sticker was another small sticker that said "Special - $5" or something like that. I don't have it now, but I was pleasantly surprised. Really, it does depend on the local management. One of my good friends runs this shop, and he likes games enough to not screw over the customer. They even rebuff the disks there before selling them as used. All the "New" copies are in their shrink wrap, while the used all come with manufacturer's manuals, documentation, etc. They were also one of the few shops that sold DX:HR in the shrink wrap, straight from the manufacturer. They still do, in fact. Still yet, I think I'll start buying at the locally-owned game shop now that we actually have one.
Yeah I bought my copy from Gamestop and it still had an OnLive code and all that inside.

"Good gamestop ...but... how?
I haven't been paying attention to Skyrim to avoid waiting but I can't resist to look up media on it. Damn it, it was only a month away!
only 2 more week.
I'm late to posting this but it looks like Queen Myrrah from Gears of War
FINALLY! Someone else who thought so.
I've never had problems with Gamestop/EB Games here in Canada, everything has always been in its shrinkwrap.
Im suddenly hyped as hell again. I managed to almost forget Skyrim. Now starts the waiting game
the next few weeks should fly by for me because i'll be starting up class this monday, so hopefully the time flies before it comes out because even with dark souls to bide my time, i can't wait.
I had this weird dream where I was in skyrim and the guardsmen came up and where all "stop, you violated the blah blah blah", so I twatted one in the head with a bowl of fruit. I did say it was weird.
I've never had problems with Gamestop/EB Games here in Canada, everything has always been in its shrinkwrap.
The one near me has shit organization and they constantly lose stuff and go out of stock, but they do the shrink-wrap. Last time I went to EB I was looking for a PC copy of morrowind, and the clerk looked at me like I was insane. Maybe that's why I haven't gone there since then
no werewolves confirmed :saddowns:
I think it's pretty lazy that they'd have a werevolf enemy, but not implement a werewolf system.. At any rate, I'm sure lycanthropy will literally be modded in within a day. Seems like a "withheld content moneygrab" on bethesda's part, to be honest.
Don't Forget Wereboars.
Wait, is this a bear or werewolf?

Its either a pretty shitty bear or a pretty fat werewolf
Wait, is this a bear or werewolf? Its either a pretty shitty bear or a pretty fat werewolf
Yao Guai have found their way to Nirn apparently. Honestly though that bear looks very odd. [editline]20 October 2011[/editline] The shoulders and arms stick out too much.
According to previews the game plays more like a polished and refined Oblivion than Morrowind, and it feels like Oblivion. However it has elements of Morrowind's flavor and weirdness to it.
so basically the best thing ever
So, I'm replaying Oblivion, and this made me chuckle. I know this is probably a known bug, but still.
that reminds meof how i robbed houses, I would cast frenzy on them so that the guard would kill them and then taking their key mastermind
