But maybe I could be wrong and you do get sex as a reward in a quest where you kill a named dragon...

All Elder Scrolls Games take place and effect the same timeline despite if they are numbered or not, also Redguard was The Elder Scrolls Adventures, Travels are mobile games for a phone.

Didn't someone earlier in this thread (or maybe in a previous one) say that they replaced all their Oblivion music with music from the Lord Of The Rings Movies and found that the music still matched? Someone should try that with Skyrim when it comes out. I'd think Skyrim would make a better Middle Earth than Cyrodil.
