I must say, when seeing Skyrim with a good monitor it looks beautiful. It's odd by every single monitor or TV I've ever owned has been really, really dark and turning up the brightness only helps to a point, then it just turns all the black to grey. Maybe I just don't understand how to correctly adjust screens. Everyone elses TVs and screens are fine...
I don't think I have enough hats to try to trade for Skyrim, shit.

Oblivion alone was around 4.5 to 5GB. With Skyrim supposedly having so much more content, I can see it being 8.0 to 9.0 GB or a bit less.

RAM isn't exactly expensive. I'd say for 12GB pay [B]less than 80 bucks[/B], except if you buy some ultra fancy triple channel extreme-ultra pack for $956.

If you pre-purchase it on Steam, you'll most likely be able to pre-load it a week or so before release.
