You get used to them after a while. I used to hate mouse and keyboard for anything other than RTSs and most RPGs. Now I'm good with both.

Just saying re the trading unusuals for skyrim and other games etc. the cheapest unusual is probably worth around $100 and some of the most expensive ones go for much more than that (I remember seeing once that the rarest unusual ever went for over 1000 dollars and that half of it was paid for in cash) so while it may sound ridiculous that pixels are worth so much, these people probably aren't getting as good a deal as they could.
