I think I can run this on Medium/High with a lower resolution but I'm not so sure with my card

Glossy screens produce a clearer and better contrasted picture in ideal conditions (with the added bonus of slightly better colors too), only downside is you have to be in a situation where direct light can't easily hit it (or play in a dark room)
As for monitor reccomendations go, get IPS. It's basically like all the benefits of a glossy screen, except 2X and without any downside. You'll see a much better upgrade going to an IPS screen than you would going from 20" to say... 24" or so in size.

I went to ask my dad if I could use his Paypal to order the parts for my very substantial upgrade (so that I may satisfy my lust for ultra-high settings).
He "requires convincing" that custom-built computers are better value for money than pre-built.

Make a build on Newegg and compare it with a similar prebuilt.

Yeah they prefer xbox/consoles, which is why they released more Elder Scrolls games on PC than Console.

Counting Main games in the series, I believe they only released 2 more on PC then consoles.

It was slow and unrealistic in the first video that showed it, but it's gotten better in more recent videos/builds.

Somebody made a gif that re-sized the giant to human size and the falling speed is fine.
the reason it looked off was because its a human shape, but giant, so it looks very out of context when he's falling.

So, I know I'm like 4 days late, but that friendly dragon sounds pretty sweet.
