Yeh personally I didn't expect to get anything higher than low-medium.

If it helps I could run Oblivion on high and New Vegas on medium-high and I got decent fps on both.

That's a fairly dated cpu. You meet the minimum so you'll probably be able to pull off medium with some stuttering. I would say low to be safe.

if you can't run crysis, metro 2033, gtaiv and BF3 simultaneously with no lag then you're better off not getting skyrim
