From what I've heard dragons won't start appearing until you progress a little bit into the main story. What "a little bit" means is open to interpretation, but chances are dragons will not be the reason you escape. A dragon-shout, however...

I really hope that you can stop executions or that there is some radiant story built into the executions. Such as a member of the thieves guild or Dark brotherhood gets caught so you can save them or just watch depending on what groups you have joined.

I'm just pointing out that one of the primary reasons for merging armor is basically bullshit. Im not complaining about the clipping itself, what kind of asshole really cares about a tiny bit of clipping, but the problem is they said "we did X thing to avoid clipping" and yet, there's still just as much, if not more clipping than before.

It [I]is[/I] a minor detail, but still worthwhile pointing out that a little white lie was thrown out there.
