No one in the history of Elder Scrolls or lore wise has fully explained Argonians or Khijat.
Argonians and Khijat were basically cute monster girls/guys in daggerfull, Khijat were catgirls or catboys vice versia with lizard boy/girl

I walk diagonally because I habitually partially face the person I'm talking to while still walking forward.

Moving diagonally refers to your character in third person moving diagonally relative to the camera when you pressed the buttons that move your character forward and sideways at the same time. In the previous games you could movie diagonally but there was no visual feedback for doing so and your character just played the running forward animation. When we say 'moving diagonally' we mean from the player's perspective through the camera, the animation can vary (most of the time the character actually turns but sometimes they will actually walk diagonally, like in vice city or gta3).

I don't get why he assumes that because the class system is gone that the game will suck, Fallout didn't have a class system and that worked out just fine. It just makes it so you're not confined to using three god damn skills for the whole game.
