I love Dwarf Fortress, so I'll probably mod the game to allow you to loot meat and bones from EVERYTHING you kill (Including humanoids) and make things out of them. Like Bone arrows. Dog skin capes. Argonian skin boots. Khajiit skin cloaks I probably won't make new models or anything though, I'll probably just find some random meat and rename it for each thing, and give them all lootable bones.

Weapons sure, because it's already got the shape it needs, but you can't exactly melt down bones and reshape them like you can iron so it again, doesn't really make sense... If you used the hide and the scales and overlapped them, like any other hide, to make armor then it would make perfect logical sense, but just bones by themselves wouldn't really work.
