Actually there is a real reason for you to be arrested this time, but I'm a bit confused as to what the reason was. It was either 1: You were illegally crossing the border into Skyrim (which is what the devs had kept saying was the reason why you were arrested), or 2: You got in the wrong place in the wrong time and were mistaken for one of the rebels against the empire (which it seems more like judging from the videos themselves).

With the former you make up why you were crossing into Skyrim. With the latter you make up again why you were there, for me it's basically the same.

I kinda see this as Oblivion but at the same time not. New story, new character, new friggin world and Dragons. Only the core gameplay elements are from Oblivion and they have changed many of them.
