If you observe closely [sp] You'll notice at one point you'll have the choice to run with the Nord guy or the Imperial soldier. He went with the Nord so the Imperial called you a "bunch of traitors" and then ran off on his own. I'm going to guess if you want you can run with him instead if you feel like being with the Imperials. At least that's what I thought I saw, I could be wrong [/sp]

I'm pretty sure that Imperial guard has disobeyed orders, I wouldn't doubt it if you and him go under the shadow of the empire.

Looking at this as logically as possible without knowing everything, [sp] You're a random ass prisoner who is thrown into Skyrim to simply be tossed on a block and executed. Half of those Imperials probably don't know what you did, you could have even been framed. Suddenly we get a Jill attempting to fuck everyone's day up and chaps are running for their lives. You stumble upon an Imperial soldier who tells you to come with him, probably acting on a soldier instincts to get 'civilians' to safety. I doubt he really cared who and what you were at this point in time as he was probably more concentrated on the dragon. Either way, I'm sure if you ran with this Imperial and helped him out, the 'charges' could be forgotten later on, or even pardoned. It's that or Esbern saves you eventually.[/sp]

Finally got around to pre-ordering a physical copy, figured the extra $5 would be worth a physical copy, map, and release date delivery.
